Attacking Team
A player will be deemed “Out of bounds” if any part of their body is touching the ground outside of the sidelines while having contact with the ball.
On the line is deemed to be “In”.
In the air above the ground “Outside” the "Court" is still “In”, until the player touches the ground while in contact with the ball.
The ball is deemed to be “Out of bounds” if it touches the ground “Outside” of the sidelines.
The only exception to these rules is in the “No Go Zone”, where the ball is still deemed to be “In” if it touches the ground. A player may have contact with the ball in the “No Go Zone” as long as “No part” of the body touches the ground whilst in contact with the ball.
Defensive Team
A player will be deemed “Out of bounds” if any part of their body is touching the ground outside of the sidelines. Normally, this does not concern the “Defensive Team”.
Though:
If a defensive player is “Out of Bounds” and they play at or interfere with the play of the ball then a "Minor Foul" will result. See Minor Fouls and Penalties table.
