Just a quick query for the penalty shot, so that it is covered. It has not been covered anywhere in the rules that I can find. Who takes the penalty shot? Does it have to be the person who is fouled, or can it be any person on the fouled team?

Up till now we've had the person being fouled take the shot.

I don't see a reason to change it though.

That is what I thought. I was just wondering if it needs to be laid out in the rules, just to specify for any eventualities.

We also have offensive fouls now such as premature restarts, so in that case i'm assuming anyone off the other team take the shot.

Yeah, I guess if it comes to it then anyone from the team can take the shot. The rules have been amended to indicate this.
